Generally, refunds are not available outside of the following circumstances:

• The tenant was not able to access leased land or privileges on said land due to an error by Magic Moon Estates or its staff
• The Tenant overpaid on their rental box, allowances to be made up to 2 times per calendar year

You may file a ticket to request a refund, however, refunds come at the discretion of Magic Moon Estates. Check our Rental Agreement for more information.
